- When did you start CrossFit?  Jun 2011

- When did you start coaching?  May 2012

- What is your job (outside CFO)? Father, Husband, Youth Sports Coach and maybe Therapist, Educator, Hype Man could be added along side Gym Owner

- What has CrossFit done for you? It has changed the way I look at fitness and wellness for myself and my family.  I didn’t know that something that looks so hard can be adapted to literally any persons goals.  I was searching for something to replace my desire to compete in sports because I always felt broken playing hoops 4-5 days a week.  The result was I became a healthier, stronger athlete in my late 30s than I was in my 20s in college.  I can jump just as high, run just as fast and now continue to PR on strength work into my early 40s so let’s just say IT WORKS!

- What is your favorite thing about CrossFit?  The easy answer for me is the community because I don’t think you will find any fitness or wellness group in the world that are passionate about and celebrate others successes equally to their own.  “CrossFit never gets easy, you just get better” so having the push and support of our Box family will push us all past what we thought was possible.

- What has CrossFit done for you? I was reluctant to start (even though my parents opened the gym) because it was way outside my comfort zone but I have found a passion in coaching and exercising through CrossFit and it has changed my life for the better!

- What is your favorite thing about CrossFit?  The community and the energy among people of all kinds trying to be the healthiest version of themselves!

- When did you start CrossFit?  May 2015

- When did you start coaching?  Feb 2016

- What is your job (outside CFO)? Stunt work, Performer and most recently Stay-at-home Mom

- What has CrossFit done for you? Over the years, my reasons for crossfitting have remained fluid, ranging from a desire to compete in a physically and mentally challenging sport, to being necessary for my mental and emotional health, to career injury prevention, to keeping my body strong and capable through pregnancy and birth...and I'm sure they will keep evolving!

- What is your favorite thing about CrossFit?  My favorite aspects of CrossFit are the global community and the way in which the workouts can be adapted for athletes of all ages and abilities. I have taken classes, clinics and workshops at boxes around the world, and what I love is how the movements, technique, supportive people, and fist bumps are the same in every country, in every language.

- What is your job (outside CFO)? Comcast Technical Operations Supervisor, Team Leader and Educator

- What has CrossFit done for you? As an athlete, it comforts me to know that when I am going through a tough workout that there are people next to me feeling the exact same way.  The group class model motivates me like nothing else.

- What is your favorite thing about CrossFit?  No other workout methodology even comes close in my book. One of the best things about CrossFit and one of things I hold most dear is the community.  We are all together and I love seeing people actualize their potential and go way beyond what they thought was possible.
