15 minutes of Yoga inspired cool down.

Full-body strength training program with primary focus on core, posterior chain development, unilateral movement and body composition.
Can be used as a stand-alone program or add-on to CrossFit Membership or Personal Training Program.
Includes access to Aux Gym during all business hours.
